Three Areas Where We Focus

After working with hundreds of Australian businesses, we've narrowed our training to what actually helps people. Not theory from textbooks, but the stuff that comes up in real situations.

Cash flow monitoring and management processes

Cash Flow Reality

Understanding where money goes each month. We show you how to spot patterns before they become problems.

Team reviewing operational efficiency metrics

Operational Gaps

Finding out which parts of your business aren't pulling their weight. Sometimes the answer surprises you.

Forecast planning and budget preparation session

Forward Planning

Building forecasts that you'll actually use. Simple enough to update, detailed enough to trust.

How We Actually Teach This

You bring your own numbers to class. Real P&L statements, actual invoices, whatever's sitting on your desk. Then we work through them together.

Classes run for eight weeks starting September 2025. Four hours each Saturday morning in Sydney. Small groups mean you get proper attention when you're stuck on something.

One owner told us she finally understood why her busiest months were losing money. Turned out her payment terms were killing her cash position. Fixed it in three weeks.

The instructors have all run businesses themselves. They've made the mistakes already, which saves you from repeating them. And honestly, that's worth more than any certificate.

What You Walk Away With

  • Reading financial statements without guessing what the numbers mean
  • Setting up tracking systems that don't require accounting software expertise
  • Knowing when to hire help and what questions to ask them
  • Building budgets that account for real business cycles
  • Spotting warning signs before they turn into emergencies
